Communications Facilities

A new generation of communication facility users require high standards in modernizing old systems. We have designed more than 1 million square feet of computer, communication and web hosting space, with a total construction cost of more than $200 million.

New building designs include high-tech buildings with pre-wired fiber optics and other data communication systems. Tenants are offered the flexibility in moving or re-positioning workstations to accommodate expansion and/or new departmental uses.
