S&A’s experience in addressing building types, building systems, and program goals is very diverse as indicated here. However, the Multi-Family Residential building category is one that we have considerable project experience and continue to build on.

We provide mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design services and preparation of schematic, design and construction documents; and we also provide RFI’s and shop drawing/submittal reviews. Our accomplishments integrate office space, retail space, condominiums, and spas with single family homes in an effective design offering end users a high level of comfort and control.
