Setty & Associates is providing engineering and commissioning expertise to conduct retro-commissioning planning, scoping, testing, investigation, evaluation, analysis, calculations and modeling, recommendations, and report writing services for two General Services Administration Federal buildings Lambros Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse & Nathaniel R. Jones Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse, Youngstown, OH.

The study and analysis shall include building an hourly simulation model, where possible with existing systems. All work will be documented in a Final Commissioning Report for each building.

This project includes analysis and reports/deliverables the description of the Mechanical building systems to explain what is involved to Re-Commission, including what can and should be evaluated and improved.
