This 3-story 4,448 sm building is being designed for the Navy’s new bachelor enlisted quarters including 84 units for 168 personnel. By using our integrated design process the Setty & Associates team has been able to provide optimal and efficient use of water and energy. We have developed energy efficient HVAC design by capitalizing on the talents of our energy modeling experts using DOE-2 and TRANE Trace, coupled with our engineering load calculations.

As a companion service, S&A is providing commissioning services for this project as the Yorktown BEQ is undergoing the LEED certification process.
