To construct a 395sm facility (4,252 sf), Setty & Associates scope of professional design A/E services were necessary for the development of a quality Design/Build RFP. The following key elements needed to be considered from a professional design perspective:

• The facility will be a two-story, metal framed, brick veneer building with an elevator.
• The facility will house telephone and data network components, controls and maintenance activities.
• The facility will provide space for cable trays, racks, conduit entry and exit and loading dock.
• The facility will comply with DoD force protection requirements per unified facilities criteria.
