S&A is providing the following architectural, mechanical and electrical services:

  • Design and install controls to exterior lighting to maximize energy savings. Replace the VAV boxes on the 7th and 8th floors with new controls to match the base building standard units.
  • Architectural design and construction services to the extent required for installing the EMCS system and develop specifications.
  • The comprehensive EMCS system shall include a complete network system to be installed throughout the building and the tenant floors to communicate with the HVAC. Front end computer hardware will be installed in the maintenance office.
