• Douglas Junior High School : - Replacement of unit ventilators and associated outdoor air louvers and condensate piping.
• P. R. Harris School : - Replacement of unit ventilators and associated outdoor air louvers and condensate piping.
• Leckie Elementary School : - Replacement of unit ventilators and associated outdoor air louvers and condensate piping.
• Ludlow-Taylor Elementary School : - Replacement of unit ventilators and associated outdoor air louvers and condensate piping.
• Slowe Elementary School : - Replacement of unit ventilators and associated outdoor air louvers and condensate piping.
• Clarke Elementary School : - Replacement of four ceiling-hung AHU’s. New ceiling and lighting in rooms below units.
• John Eaton Elementary School : - Replacement of AHU with increased outdoor air intake. Demolition and re-construction of mechanical room wall to allow construction access. New ceiling and lighting in mechanical room as per scope of work.
• Duke Ellington : - Replacement of two AHU’s with larger outdoor air intakes. Demolition and re-construction of penthouse wall to allow construction access.
• Shaed Elementary School : - Replacement of two ceiling-hung AHU’s and roof-mounted heat rejection unit. Enlargement of air-intake ducts to units.
• Taft Junior High School : - Replacement of one fan and filter unit.
