In response to recurring mold and mildew issues in the school building, Setty & Associates engineers determined that a renovation of entire HVAC system would resolve the mold issues which were continually arising throughout the school. Addressing the manner in which the air in the building is conditioned has dried the air out and created an environment where mold and mildew cannot exist.

This project involved Setty & Associates, Ltd. mechanical and electrical departments. Consultant team members on this project were Mason-Grant Consulting, Samaha Associates for architectural support along with Adtek Engineering for structural assistance.

The project took into account the phased rehabilitation of the building while occupied with students and staff.
