Under an ID/IQ contract Setty & Associates worked on several projects to assist the growth the University of the District of Columbia. A sampling of the project examples is below.

• Physical Plant Building 43:-replace condensate return surge tank and de-aeration tank for the central plant boiler system. Survey of existing feed water/de-aeration tanks
• Physical Plant Building 43:- renovation/replacement of heating and cooling equipment. Incorporation of state-of-the-art, energy efficient and low maintenance design criteria in determining new equipment specifications and configurations for the chillers, boilers, piping systems and pumps, and DDC control with a monitoring station located within the building
• Buildings 38, 39, 41, 46, and 47: - renovation/replacement of existing elevators and escalators. Original equipment, some as far back as 1950, has reached the end of their useful lives, with maintenance is very high and the parts are difficult to find. Renovate mechanical systems, hoistways, and cabs for 12 elevators and 2 escalators and modernization of 21 elevators.
• Physical Plant Building 43: - replace chiller unit with 1,000-ton unit. Construction design deliver completed in 8 weeks
