Setty & Associates, Ltd. provided engineering analysis and conceptual schematic design upgrade for the HVAC system and the plumbing and fire protection systems. The Athletic Center is comprised of a gymnasium, swimming pool and tennis court facility.

Technically challenging, the facility required a 80-ton air-cooled chiller and pumps located in the mezzanine mechanical room to distribute chilled water to AHUs located around the building. Circulating pumps distribute hot water to heating coils in all AHUs and terminal units. 7 AHUs serve the basic functions of the facility.
