Construction of a new U.S. Courthouse in Jefferson City, Missouri, is expected to begin later this year. The U. S. Courthouse building is approximately 105,690 square feet plus parking area. Future tenants include U.S. Marshals Service Offices, the U.S. Attorney Offices, Probation Offices, Pretrial Services, U.S. Senators, and U.S. Representatives.
GSA wishes to provide specific energy usage criteria, and tasked Setty & Associates for professional assistance. The energy usage targets are realistic and in accordance with current energy simulation methods and PBS P-100 criteria.
