The Architect of the Capitol engaged Setty & Associates, Ltd. for the design of a new facility to archive 4,000,000 of our nation’s treasured books, records and documents.
The project is designed for construction in 13 modules, 1,200 sq. meters each, in a phased construction format. The first module consists of book depository, office space, and a computer room and mechanical room which include VAV AHUs with reheat coils, two gas-fired, high efficiency, 1,000,000 BTU pulse boilers with EMCS controls.
