Totaling 2,847,209 gsf of floor space, Setty & Associates has worked under multiple ID/IQ contracts for NIST in our 25 year history.

Our work includes evaluations, renovations, modifications, replacements, and upgrading building mechanical and electrical systems. All of our professional services have included field investigations, surveying, and document preparation. Document preparation includes engineering feasibility studies, conceptual designs and reports, contract drawings and specifications, design calculations, cost
estimates, and project schedules.

We have performed engineering services for NIST’s R&D facilities, office spaces, and service area buildings. S&A has completed over 200 research lab projects. For NIST our project experience includes:
