Setty & Associates, Ltd. has worked with the Department of Veteran’s Affairs on over 30 M/E/P/FP renovation projects. Our work consisted of the design renovation of the existing historic 725,000 sf, 14-story office building, with regards to mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems throughout the building.

Included in our professional services was M/E/P/FP design for a 10,000 sf computer room, a 500-seat auditorium, multiple conference rooms, and specialty areas such as the restaurant, fitness center, child care facilities, the library, dark room, photo
lab and the graphics development room.
