This historic 3-story masonry/brick medical outpatient facility of 105,886 sf is split into three separate wings/floors which are affected by this project. The scope of services include:

• Demolishing and replacing the HVAC system with new FCUs, AHUs, and an exhaust system
• New DDC controls and electrical switchgear system to accommodate new load requirements
• Removal of plumbing fixtures and cap lines in basement
• Relocate electric receptacles and switches
• Rewire light fixtures
• Replace light fixtures, relocate outlets and sprinkler heads
• Repair patient emergency call system
• Add overhead track lighting to minor surgery room
• Add air duct runs to spaces
• Relocate/terminate some electrical, plumbing and mechanical fixtures as required
