The objective of Setty & Associates Quality Assurance Reviews is to identify issues of concern regarding the likely performance of the renovated heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) system as revealed in on-site meetings and presentations, as well as the available documentation, and walk-through activities.

General project information and specific comments generated for our reports focus on the design and installation of the HVAC system for occupant comfort, health, and safety; customer satisfaction and energy performance. The general project information and specific comments also address envelope and other renovation issues that are expected to significantly impact the HVAC system design, operations and maintenance.

The purpose of these reviews is to provide recommendations that should be considered for incorporation into the Final Concept Package that is being prepared by the design team.
