With a long standing relationship with the D.C. Government, Setty & Associates was engaged to provide Architectural and M/E/P/FP design engineering services for a base building renovation of the 650,000 sf D.C. Armory, as well as a condition assessment report. Salient features of the design portion of the project include designs for:

- A new 12,000 sf free-standing central plant
- 7,000 ton hours ice storage system
- A/C system for 75,000 sf Drill Hall and 16,000 sf of support space, and the 100,000 sf open lower level.
- New power distribution system
- Coordination of the plumbing design with hot water generation systems
- New state of the art water storage tanks
- New fire alarm system
- New emergency generator
- New 13.8 kV primary switchgear
- ADA code compliance
