Commissioning

SETTY provided necessary services for recertification of the BSL-3 Suite in addition to construction cost estimation services.

SETTY replaced the existing control devices to maintain BSL-3 lab pressurization requirement and interface with the existing Building Automation System. SETTY also provided testing, balancing and commissioning of all HVAC equipment and circuits related to the BSL-3 lab to meet re-certification requirements.

A Final commissioning report and LEED documentation was completed and delivered to the FDA
