Commissioning Services

SETTY is providing mechanical system commissioning for this 300-key, 180,000 sf facility HYATT hotel. The brand-new hotel will be a high-rise property, and feature 40 executive-level suites.

In addition to our review of the MEP contract documents for clarity and completeness for the systems being commissioned our Cx team is reviewing the qualified equipment that has been installed to make sure that it conforms to the Owner Program Requirements, the design intent, and the contract documents. Moreover, to make sure there are minimal disruptions for the HYATT guests and staff, SETTY is administering a Functional Performance Test to demonstrate that mechanical systems are performing in accordance with the OPR and the design intent.
