The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) provides transportation services under the MetroRail, MetroBus and MetroAccess names. WMATA has been a part of every person that has lived or travelled in DC, Maryland and/or Virginia in some way or another.

The WMATA Headquarters is a 13-story office of approximately 395,000 SF designed by Gensler, a global design and architecture firm. SETTY services include MEP/FP design, Energy Modeling, LEED, BIM/Revit Modeling and Construction Administration. This project has a well-designed data center room, three levels of above ground parking, fitness center, roof deck, green roof, loading dock, penthouse roof amenity and more.
