The School District of Philadelphia (SDP) is the school district that includes all public schools in Philadelphia. It is the 8th largest school district in the nation, by enrollment, serving over 200,000 students across 342 schools.

Anne Frank Elementary School in SDP is home to children coming from over 40 different nations and native languages. It serves a student population ranging from kindergarten through grade 5 that is diverse in ethnicity and race. The school population also includes students with emotional, learning and physical disabilities

SETTY services for the school project includes M/E/P/FP and Fire Alarm and Controls design, LEED, BIM/Revit Modeling and Condition Assessment services. Renovations to the existing 1961 Elementary School will include new high-efficiency gas-fired water boilers to replace existing Cast-iron oil-fired steam boilers, new terminal units and piping to accommodate the new system, new LED lighting to replace existing fluorescent ones, new PA System and enhanced IT. 12 new classrooms will be linked to the 1961 school with the Little Schoolhouse built approximately 15 years ago.
