State University of New York at Oswego is a public college in the City of Oswego and Town of Oswego, New York. It has two campuses: historic lakeside campus in Oswego and Metro Center in Syracuse, New York.

The Seneca Hall was opened in 1967 and was the first high rise residence hall to open in what is now referred to as West Campus. It is a coed dorm that houses 600 students on 10 floors, making it one of the largest on campus.

SETTY services for the Seneca Hall include M/E/P/FP design and Construction Administration. It also includes coordination for low voltage systems device placements, pathways and electrical requirements. This includes IT, Voice and Data, Cable TV, security, and Audio-Video (A/V).
