The Silver Spring Civic Building at Veterans Plaza, located in Downtown Silver Spring, is a premier event facility that provides an elegant setting for all types of events.

SETTY prepared a design analysis report as part of the schematic redesign phase of the Silver Spring Town Square project. This report addressed design factors, design intent, and design calculations. In accordance with the Montgomery County's Energy Program of Requirements, energy efficiency and low operating costs were important design goals for this project. Life Cycle Cost (LCC) analyses were conducted to compare various design options.
