The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) is the corporate research laboratory for the United States Navy and Marine Corps. It is located in Washington, D.C., and its main campus is situated along the Potomac River in the southwest area of the city.

The Research Laboratory conducts scientific research and development across a wide range of disciplines to support the technological needs and advancements of the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps. Its mission includes advancing scientific knowledge, developing innovative technologies, and providing essential support to enhance the military capabilities of the naval forces. NRL conducts research in diverse fields such as materials science, electronics, computer science, chemistry, physics, oceanography, meteorology, space science, robotics, and more. The laboratory's research efforts cover both basic and applied research, with a focus on supporting naval operations and addressing current and future military challenges.

The NRL has a rich history dating back to its establishment in 1923. It has been at the forefront of numerous scientific breakthroughs and technological advancements. Notable achievements include pioneering work in radar, sonar, satellite communications, space exploration, and quantum science.

SETTY services include a comprehensive MEP design and construction administration towards replacement of Chiller #2 located in the Central Utility Plant at the Naval Research Laboratory campus in Southwest Washington, DC. Our scope of work also encompasses as needed Architectural and Structural design, as well as construction administration.
