The United States Army Reserve Center (USARC) is a network of facilities throughout the United States that serve as training and administrative hubs for Army Reserve units. These centers support the mission of the U.S. Army Reserve, which is to provide trained and ready forces to the Army, Joint, and Multinational Task Forces during peacetime, contingency operations, and war.

The objective of this project includes Control, HVAC and Electrical design related engineering services and Commissioning towards Replacement of Boilers, Building Management System (BMS) and Enterprise Integration in an existing United States Army Reserve Center. The facility at scope is the New Windsor USARC located in New Windsor, NY. It consists of two buildings, which are the Main Training Building and the Maintenance Building. Work under this contract covers both these buildings.

The scope extends to teplacement of existing boilers in the Maintenance Building and Main Training Buildings, 2 per building including provisions for combustion air and venting. Boiler replacement also includes replacement of the boiler controls.

By implementing these upgrades, the New Windsor USARC aims to modernize its infrastructure and create a more efficient operational environment. These improvements will enhance the overall readiness and functionality of the Army Reserve Center supporting its mission .
